Registration is required for all programs unless otherwise indicated.

Baby Time

Nurture a love of reading early with your baby. Bring a blanket and snuggle! Meet and socialize with new parents. Join us on Thursday mornings at 10:30 am beginning April 3^rd, 2012.

Tales for Twos and Threes

Enjoy stories, songs and finger plays with your two or three year old. Discover songs, stories and rhymes together on Wednesday mornings at 10: 30 a.m. Register for the next six week session which begins on Wednesday, April 4^th, 2012.

Bedtime Stories

Listen to stories and enjoy activities as a family. Meet and socialize with parents and children in your community. Register for the next session beginning on Tuesday, April 3^rd, 2012 at 6: 30 p.m.

Marshmallow Club

Bring a mug and we provide the hot coco and marshmallows. Relax and listen to a great chapter book.

Special Events

We offer free programs on PA days, during March Break, Christmas Break and the Summer Reading Club for children, tweens and teens. Throughout the year, we have special speakers visit the Library.

Therapy Tails

Practice reading skills with a friend who just listens quietly. Our furry friends will be visiting us on Saturday, February 25th, 2012 from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. No registration required. No charge. All ages are welcome.

Grab & Go Backpacks!

No time to look around for children's books? Check out these new kids reading sets. A book, a CD and an activity booklet are all ready to go in a colourful backpack.

Library Bingo

Play Bingo with words! For ages six to twelve.

Chess

Learn while you play! Join us on Saturday, February 4th and Saturday, February 18th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

March Break

Movie Monday

Join us for a family movie on Monday, March 12^th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. The name of the movie will be announced soon.

Library Bingo

Play bingo with words on Tuesday, March 13^th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. For ages 6 and up.

Cake Decorating

For Teens and Tweens on Wednesday, March 14^th, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The fee for the program is $2.00 and you must register in person.

ZumbATOMIC

ZumbATOMIC is a specially designed fitness program for children. It includes songs, dances and action that promote a healthy lifestyle in a fun way! Registration is $1.00 and space is limited. Join us on Friday, March 16^th, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. for ages 4 to 7 years and at 3:15 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for ages 8 to 12 years.
